1. Moldies is an introduction service

Moldies.cy is a platform that relays customer enquiries (“leads”) to independent third-party contractors. It is a matchmaking and introduction service only.

By using the site and submitting a booking or enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Work is carried out by independent contractors

All inspections, quotes, and work are carried out by independent third-party contractors, not by Moldies. Moldies is not a party to any agreement between you and the contractor, and has no control over how the work is performed.

3. Moldies does not provide the services itself

Moldies does not provide mould inspection, removal, treatment or maintenance services itself. Any reference to services on the site describes the work that independent contractors may offer, not services provided by Moldies.

4. Indicative pricing only

Any price shown on the site (for example “from €75”) is indicative guidance only, to help you understand typical cost ranges. The contractor sets, quotes and agrees the final price directly with you. Moldies does not set or guarantee any price.

5. Moldies does not invoice or collect payment

Moldies does not invoice customers for services and does not collect payment for the work. Payment, including method and timing, is arranged directly between you and the contractor.

6. No liability for the work

Moldies is not responsible or liable for the work performed by contractors — including its quality, timing, pricing, or any damage, loss, cost or dispute arising from it. Responsibility for the work rests solely with the contractor.

7. Contractor responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, tax and regulatory compliance. Moldies does not warrant, endorse or guarantee any contractor’s work, and does not verify the completeness of a contractor’s qualifications.

8. Your consent to share details

By submitting a booking or enquiry, you consent to your contact details (name, phone, email, address and any notes or photos you provide) being shared with a contractor for the purpose of providing a quote and carrying out the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moldies, its operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or from any work performed by a contractor. Your sole recourse for issues with the work is against the contractor.

Where Moldies is found liable for anything arising from the use of the platform itself, that liability is limited to the fees (if any) Moldies received in connection with the relevant enquiry.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the lead-introduction service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Moldies does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a contractor will accept or complete any enquiry.

11. Your contract for services is with the contractor

These Terms govern your use of the Moldies platform only. Your contract for any inspection, quote or work is solely with the contractor who performs it, and any rights, remedies or guarantees relating to that work run against the contractor, not Moldies.

12. Privacy — how your lead data is shared

When you submit a booking, the details you provide are shared with a contractor so they can contact you, quote and carry out the work. Moldies does not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

13. Changes to these terms

Moldies may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
