What affects the price
A single wall costs less than several rooms. We measure the affected area on inspection and quote accordingly.

High ceilings, behind fitted furniture and tight utility rooms take longer to reach and treat properly.
A studio flat is quicker to inspect and treat than a large villa — size is part of the inspection fee band.
