4. Sharing your data with contractors
The core purpose of Moldies is to introduce you to a contractor. When you submit a booking, we share your contact details, address, notes and photos with a contractor so they can provide a quote and carry out the service. This sharing is necessary to fulfil your request.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the contractor relevant to your enquiry and, where needed, with service providers that help us run the platform (for example email delivery and analytics).
5. Cookies and analytics
We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep your booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards to respond to queries or disputes. You can ask us to delete your data where applicable (see below).
